Senior Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Assist in the execution of intricate ERP, digital, and transformation programs for a diverse clientele.

• Lead or participate in various workstreams related to project delivery, business analysis, PMO, testing, change management, and transformation efforts.

• Establish trusted relationships with client stakeholders, serving as a valued delivery partner.

• Organize and facilitate workshops, discussions with stakeholders, and collaborative design sessions.

• Convert business requirements and strategic goals into actionable plans and tangible outcomes.

• Coordinate activities among numerous teams, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure continuous delivery momentum.

• Recognize risks, issues, and dependencies, assisting programs in effectively overcoming challenges.

• Contribute to ongoing improvement efforts and support clients in achieving long-term benefits from transformation initiatives.

• Identify chances to enhance client value and promote business expansion.

• Contribute to Civiteq's methodologies, toolkits, and thought leadership initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in delivering complex ERP, digital, or business transformation programs.

• Strong consulting and stakeholder management capabilities developed within intricate organizational settings.

• Proficiency in at least one area of delivery such as Business Analysis, Project Management, PMO, Testing, or Change Management.

• Ability to function across multiple delivery disciplines and adapt to client requirements.

• Experience in facilitating workshops, collecting requirements, and engaging with diverse groups of stakeholders.

• Exceptional problem-solving abilities, with skills to analyze intricate challenges and create practical solutions.

• Experience in managing risks, issues, dependencies, and program delivery tasks.

• Excellent written and oral communication skills, including the capability to present recommendations to senior stakeholders.

• Commercial awareness and the skill to identify opportunities that add value for clients.

• Background in local government, public sector, or significant transformation programs is advantageous.

• Familiarity with ERP platforms such as Oracle Fusion, SAP, Unit4, Microsoft Dynamics, or Workday is preferred.
