Senior Compliance Business Partner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Act as the main compliance liaison for branch leadership.

• Offer guidance on compliance-related inquiries and issues.

• Mentor and coach Compliance Business Partners.

• Supervise the timeliness, accuracy, productivity, and quality of the work done by Associate Compliance Partners.

• Conduct high-risk investigations in collaboration with the Director of Service Line Compliance.

• Interview staff, collect and analyze evidence, and formulate findings and recommendations.

• Review team investigations for thoroughness and provide constructive feedback.

• Keep precise case records and reports.

• Detect trends and root causes.

• Propose preventive measures and escalate significant compliance, privacy, quality, or business risks.

• Collaborate with operational leaders and the Director of Service Line Compliance to enhance processes and mitigate risks.

• Achieve quality and productivity objectives.

• Fulfill mandatory training requirements.

• Report directly to the Director of Service Line Compliance.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in nursing, Healthcare Administration, or a related discipline, or 5–7 years of pertinent experience in Compliance, Risk, or Safety investigations.

• At least 5 years of experience in compliance, clinical risk management, patient/employee safety, or a related field within a healthcare environment.

• Prior experience in home health, hospice, or personal care services is highly preferred.

• Current RN, LPN, or equivalent clinical licensure is preferred.

• Certification in Compliance (e.g., CHC) is preferable.

• Willingness to travel up to 10%, including driving, air travel, and overnight stays.

• Comply with all relevant agency policies and procedures regarding health screening and required testing.

• Maintain patient and staff confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
