Senior Community Engagement Manager, Experiences

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as the main liaison between the central community team and the designated host community area.

• Manage cross-functional priorities and provide updates on community vitality.

• Spearhead the community support, growth, and engagement strategy for the region.

• Lead initiatives from inception to execution, encompassing project planning, budget oversight, stakeholder coordination, and risk management.

• Recruit, onboard, and oversee community leaders.

• Enhance representation in community leadership initiatives.

• Create content and engagement strategies that encourage host connection and dialogue.

• Mentor and assist community leaders, including addressing or replacing underperforming leaders as necessary.

• Organize and facilitate both virtual and in-person community events.

• Support in-market pilots that utilize community programs to achieve business objectives.

• Acquire in-depth regional market insights and act as the primary resource on local community trends and requirements.

• Inform community leaders about relevant product updates.

• Communicate field feedback to internal stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of proven experience in managing community programs, community events, online engagement, or distributed communities.

• Demonstrated ability to scale communities while sustaining high levels of engagement.

• Strong project management capabilities, with experience in leading cross-functional programs and processes.

• Ability to align community strategies with wider business objectives.

• Highly self-sufficient and driven, capable of developing processes from the ground up or implementing existing frameworks.

• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strategic thinker with the ability to influence through persuasion, negotiation, and consensus-building.

• Proficiency in both English and Spanish.

• Familiarity with online community platforms, Salesforce, Google Suite, AI tools, event management software, and analytical tools.

• Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on action and growth.

• Must have authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
