Community Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop and facilitate workshops aimed at empowering creators to achieve independent growth, covering topics, educational objectives, speakers, and resources.

• Maintain connections within the creator network through in-person events across the United States and Israel, as well as daily interactions via email, Discord, and WhatsApp.

• Oversee Amplified’s social media engagement by managing direct messages, comments, and inquiries across all platforms and channels.

• Assist in sourcing efforts, conducting screening calls, and onboarding new creators.

• Cultivate partnerships that support the evolution of the program, encompassing fundraising initiatives, conventions, and community events.

• Monitor creator achievements and create testimonials and impact narratives for donor reporting.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in community management.

• Familiarity with social media as a hands-on practitioner.

• Excellent writing and communication abilities.

• A proactive self-starter who thrives in collaborative environments.

• Comfortable navigating Jewish and Israeli contexts, with a solid understanding of the communal landscape.

• Competence in Google Workspace, Instagram, and AI tools like Claude.

• Experience in event planning for large-scale activations or conferences (preferred).

• Background in social or digital media strategy (preferred).

• Experience in program management (preferred).

• Basic proficiency in Hebrew (preferred).
