Senior Community Engagement Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of and drive the expansion of the Trellix online community.

• Design and implement engagement initiatives such as AMAs, virtual events, member highlights, discussion threads, and product feedback forums.

• Facilitate community discussions and address member inquiries.

• Recognize and cultivate highly engaged community participants.

• Collaborate with Product, Customer Success, and the Trellix Learning Center to provide resources, product updates, and training materials.

• Monitor and analyze community health indicators, including membership growth, engagement levels, and member sentiment.

• Broaden and enhance Trellix's Social Ambassador Program.

• Identify and recruit advocates from customer, partner, and employee segments.

• Create enablement resources, engagement programs, and incentive schemes for ambassadors.

• Equip ambassadors with shareable content, messaging toolkits, and access to Trellix news, events, and thought leadership.

• Foster relationships with ambassadors and acknowledge their contributions.

• Track ambassador engagement, reach, impact, program growth, and return on investment (ROI).

• Assist with Trellix's organic social media strategy on LinkedIn and YouTube.

• Develop and oversee a content calendar.

• Generate copy, graphics, and short-form videos targeting a B2B cybersecurity audience.

• Work alongside Product, PR, Sales, and Customer Success teams to maintain brand voice consistency.

• Monitor and report on organic social performance, refining strategy based on data-driven insights.


⛳️ Requirements

• 5 to 7 years of experience in community management, social media, or brand advocacy, ideally within a B2B technology or cybersecurity context.

• Demonstrated experience in managing and growing online communities, with a history of fostering meaningful engagement and achieving measurable outcomes.

• Background in working with or expanding ambassador or advocacy initiatives.

• Exceptional writing and storytelling abilities, with the skill to simplify complex technical subjects into clear, engaging content for a professional audience.

• Experience managing online communities using platforms such as Khoros, Higher Logic, Discourse, or similar tools.

• Familiarity with cybersecurity concepts, trends, or terminology.

• Proficiency in using social media management and customer success tools like Sprout Social, Totango, Salesforce, or comparable platforms.

• Proven track record of measuring and reporting on community and social key performance indicators (KPIs).

• Capacity to establish strong relationships within internal teams and with external stakeholders.
