This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
β’ Develop technical content such as how-tos, tutorials, knowledge-base articles, and blog posts related to new FME features.
β’ Assist with community automations and workflows utilizing FME Flow, Gainsight, Slack, and various community platform tools.
β’ Analyze community health using Gainsight/CRM data and provide reports on trends.
β’ Review and improve content created by others.
β’ Moderate technical discussions and identify content that requires corrections.
β’ Engage in FME events and programs, including Breakfast of Champions, Special Interest Group meetups, and community webinars.
β’ Design and support innovative technical engagement initiatives such as contests, challenges, community activities, and hands-on experiences.
β’ Assist in testing training content and provide technical Q&A support.
β’ Contribute to technical special projects as needed.
β’ Utilize AI tools for content development, research, and community workflows while ensuring accuracy, quality, and appropriateness of outputs.
β’ Build strong relationships with FME users and customers.
β’ Collaborate with Product, Customer Success, and Marketing teams to enhance the community's voice.
β’ Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical content creation, community management, customer engagement, or online communications.
β’ Comfortable with learning and writing about technical products.
β’ Excellent communication and editing skills.
β’ Proven ability to coordinate and support events and programs.
β’ Creative thinker with a strong interest in developing new ways to engage users and expand the community.
β’ Curiosity about community backend systems and a willingness to develop skills in supporting and managing community automations.
β’ Detail-oriented with a keen eye for content or discussions that require moderation.
β’ Experience in cross-functional collaboration with internal teams.
β’ Passion for assisting others and fostering a positive user experience.
β’ Comfortable experimenting with AI tools while maintaining accuracy and sound judgment.
β’ Familiarity with community platforms, CRM tools, or Gainsight (or equivalent) is a plus.
β’ Experience in building or supporting automations/workflows is advantageous.
β’ Knowledge of FME or data integration/ETL tools is beneficial.
β’ Basic scripting skills for automation tasks are a bonus.
β’ Interest in learning about data integration and FME technology.
β’ Familiarity with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, JSON, and APIs is an added advantage.
β’ Must be legally authorized to work in Canada.
