This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Korea.
• Oversee and engage with the Korean creator community.
• Address messages and comments promptly.
• Provide support and guidance to creators throughout their assignments at the pharmacy.
• Act as the primary contact for creators and convey the club’s voice in Korean.
• Develop social content that aligns with Korean cultural norms and platform conventions for Instagram, TikTok, and other relevant local platforms.
• Identify and qualify K-beauty creators.
• Initiate outreach efforts and cultivate a network of creators.
• Connect Paris and Seoul by clarifying what strategies are effective within the Korean market.
• Compose a message in Korean, using three distinct tones, to announce a creator’s selection for an assignment at Pharmacie Eiffel Commerce.
• A minimum of 2 years in community management, social media, or influencer marketing specifically within Korea or the Korean market.
• Native Korean speaker or fully bilingual in both written and spoken Korean.
• Proficient in French.
• Strong, practical understanding of the Korean creator ecosystem, including platforms, formats, conventions, and seasonal trends.
• Valid status as a self-employed freelancer.
• Highly self-sufficient, capable of working independently across different time zones.
• Familiarity with the beauty industry is a significant advantage.
• Experience collaborating with K-beauty creators—including sourcing, briefing, and follow-up—will be beneficial.
• Ability to provide metrics related to reach, engagement, and response rates.
• Understanding of French pharmacies, their brands, and how they appeal to Korean consumers.
• Availability for recurring assignments of 1 to 5 days per month.
• Submission of a CV or LinkedIn profile, along with two pieces of written Korean content showcasing their performance metrics, daily rate, and monthly availability.
• Completion of a written exercise in Korean in three different versions.
• Ongoing freelance assignment: 4 to 5 days per month at the start, transitioning to 1 to 2 days per month once established.
• 100% remote work opportunity, whether you are located in Paris, Seoul, or elsewhere.
• The club is already operational, and creators are actively participating in the community.
• Authority over the Korean editorial strategy.
