This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
β’ Collaborate closely with the project management team, client representatives, and social and community managers.
β’ Support both internal and client objectives effectively.
β’ Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve strategic and operational goals.
β’ Design and implement weekly and quarterly content calendars and strategic plans.
β’ Generate ideas for activities, opportunities, and content to engage or expand communities.
β’ Develop and present KPIs, along with reports highlighting performance, trends, and opportunities.
β’ Manage and engage with customers through forums, websites, and social media platforms.
β’ Explore and learn about new tools and platforms to enhance workflow and meet client objectives.
β’ Enhance practices related to social media management, community management, social ROI, engagement, content moderation, and digital experience.
β’ Address occasional community crises and manage escalations effectively.
β’ Translate, trans-create, and localize content for social and community channels.
β’ Assist in strategic planning and operational delivery across social and community initiatives.
β’ Advance social media efforts to cultivate and support ModSquad.
β’ Native English speaker.
β’ Availability of around 5 hours per week, with flexibility during busier periods.
β’ Proven experience in translating, trans-creating, and localizing content for social and community postings.
β’ Proactive, independent contributor with the ability to follow through on tasks.
β’ Strong skills in problem-solving, creative writing, editorial work, communication, organization, and time management.
β’ Competency in communicating with clients and colleagues via video calls.
β’ Capability to execute community initiatives, evaluate results, and adjust programs based on feedback.
β’ Ability to meet client deadlines consistently.
β’ Experience in managing communities for professional organizations or companies.
β’ Active professional engagement with forums, Discord, Facebook, Twitter/X, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
β’ Creative copywriting abilities that blend professionalism with engaging community initiatives.
β’ Professional experience in translation and localization into the native language.
β’ Enthusiasm for Anime and Manga.
β’ In-depth knowledge of UK culture and the UK marketing landscape, with personal experience in the supported market(s).
β’ Avid Crunchyroll fan.
β’ Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience, with at least 4 years in Social or Community Management.
β’ Strong understanding of social media and community management principles.
β’ Professional background in translation, trans-creation, and localization.
β’ Knowledge and passion for Anime/Manga and the Crunchyroll community.
β’ Awareness of UK culture and marketing trends.
β’ LinkedIn profile or resume that highlights professional experience in social media or community management.
β’ Part-time commitment of approximately 5 hours per week.
