This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +5 more states.
• Assist in the setup, adoption, optimization, and governance of communication planning tools, content management systems, and associated processes, which include documentation, training, user support, and best practices.
• Oversee communication project plans, timelines, priorities, dependencies, milestones, and deliverables.
• Monitor risks, approvals, and follow-up actions while facilitating the removal of barriers to execution.
• Coordinate communication initiatives among members of the Employee Communications team, subject matter experts, designers, vendors, channel owners, and business partners.
• Aid in the planning and execution of enterprise-wide and function-specific communications, including change initiatives, tool rollouts, policy updates, programs, and process enhancements.
• Create and maintain communication materials, templates, intake processes, editorial standards, metadata frameworks, and governance documentation.
• Collect and analyze communication metrics, employee feedback, and channel performance data.
• Offer insights and recommendations to enhance effectiveness, workflows, and communication outcomes.
• Advocate for a consistent employee experience across regions and functions through structure, coordination, and continual improvement.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• 6+ years of professional experience.
• At least 1 year of experience in project or program coordination, ideally within a communications, marketing, or corporate setting.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in internal communications, corporate communications, project or program coordination, or a related area is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite or similar software.
• Experience in utilizing and preferably leading the implementation and adoption of work management platforms, enterprise planning tools, content management systems, content calendars, or campaign planning tools.
• Experience in gathering basic metrics and feedback, compiling reports, and sharing insights to enhance communication planning and delivery.
• Skilled in creating, training, and maintaining resource documents and playbooks.
• Flexibility for remote work.
• Opportunity/requirement for 10% travel.
