Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as the project owner and primary liaison with customers throughout the implementation process, from kickoff to post-go-live support.

• Collaborate with Solution Consultants and Technical teams to ensure solutions align with customer business requirements without leading the design process.

• Oversee project scope, timelines, milestones, and risks to guarantee timely and high-quality delivery of the Luma platform.

• Foster stakeholder engagement across Sales, Customer Success, Engineering, Product, and client organizations.

• Identify and address project obstacles, escalate issues as needed, and provide regular updates and reporting on project status.

• Facilitate project meetings and maintain regular communication with customers.

• Advocate for improvements in delivery processes and enhance project management frameworks.

• Ensure compliance with standard methodologies, delivery processes, and documentation standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in successfully delivering complex enterprise implementations, preferably within the healthcare or regulated industries.

• Outstanding communication, facilitation, and relationship-building abilities with both technical and business stakeholders.

• Capable of managing multiple projects concurrently with a high level of independence.

• Skilled at navigating uncertainty and providing clarity through organized planning and execution.

• Strong problem-solving abilities aimed at eliminating delivery obstacles and ensuring project timelines are maintained.

• Knowledge of implementation best practices and lifecycle management for SaaS platforms.

• Excellent presentation skills and the ability to convey rationale to diverse partners.

• Proficient written and verbal communication skills.

• Bachelor's Degree or a related field.
