This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut, +13 more states.
β’ Lead enterprise PLC and PLC-related initiatives from initiation to implementation, ensuring well-defined scope, milestones, deliverables, risks, decisions, and success metrics.
β’ Facilitate cross-functional planning and execution for projects that influence product development processes, phase-gate governance, templates, tools, metrics, training, and business readiness.
β’ Enhance NPI/NPD project excellence by refining project plans, preparing for stage-gate reviews, ensuring functional review readiness, managing risks, and documenting decision quality.
β’ Oversee change management efforts, including stakeholder mapping, impact assessments, communication strategies, readiness tracking, training coordination, feedback mechanisms, and reinforcement of adoption.
β’ Create and uphold integrated project plans, RAID logs, action trackers, governance routines, status reports, and updates suitable for executives.
β’ Identify opportunities for process improvement and convert lessons learned into sustainable standards, playbooks, templates, and operational rhythms.
β’ Appropriately escalate issues and decisions, presenting data-driven recommendations and clear options to leadership forums.
β’ Collaborate with business units, product development, quality assurance, regulatory, operations, IT, and change management stakeholders throughout Agilent.
β’ Bachelor's degree in engineering, science, business, operations, or a related field; equivalent experience may be accepted.
β’ Direct experience in leading NPI/NPD projects, encompassing project planning, phase-gate readiness, risk management, and cross-functional execution.
β’ Experience managing change initiatives, including stakeholder engagement, communication planning, training/readiness coordination, and tracking adoption.
β’ Strong foundational knowledge in project management, covering schedule management, dependency management, risk/issue management, governance, and executive status reporting.
β’ Capability to influence without direct authority and effectively collaborate across functions, divisions, regions, and leadership levels.
β’ Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce clear and concise materials for project teams and senior leadership.
β’ Typically requires a minimum of 4+ years of relevant experience for entry into this role.
β’ Familiarity with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems, product lifecycle processes, phase-gate governance, or enterprise product development operating models.
β’ Project Management Professional (PMP), Agile, Lean Six Sigma, Prosci, or other relevant project/change management certifications.
β’ Experience in supporting global business transformation, process harmonization, or enterprise capability deployment.
