This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Spearhead the transformation of commercial processes and tools to establish top-tier commercial operations for the Software & Controls Solutions business line.
• Define, ensure compliance with, and continually enhance commercial operations tools and processes utilizing Lean methodologies.
• Facilitate PSRs, workouts, and Kaizen events for the commercial operations team.
• Oversee the creation of the commercial transformation Lean Roadmap and manage assigned projects.
• Monitor milestones and relay status updates to internal teams.
• Lead a monthly newsletter focused on commercial operations.
• Manage and maintain the Commercial Operations Homepage on SharePoint.
• Facilitate the management of Commercial Process NCR/Stop Work and implement actions to prevent recurrence.
• Promote continuous improvement in Commercial Offer Templates and ensure templates are maintained in ASPOSE and on the Commercial Operations Homepage.
• Create and uphold process documentation, including Standard Work Instructions and QMS documents, ensuring their inclusion in the Quality Management System.
• Collaborate with commercial and sales leaders to enhance process adoption.
• Supervise the maintenance, enhancement, and integration of commercial tools that support the business's front end.
• Own and facilitate the competency model for Commercial Operations staff.
• Guide the development and delivery of training programs for commercial and sales teams.
• Manage Daily Management dashboards and Monthly Operating Review processes.
• Work with Sales Operations to create a consolidated ITO KPI overview.
• Contribute to the Hoshin plan and drive related KPIs and metrics.
• Coordinate training, communication, upskilling, and change management initiatives across the organization.
• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university.
• At least 7 years of relevant experience, encompassing sales & commercial operations, project management, operations, governance, and process improvement.
• Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally to support business initiatives.
• Extensive knowledge of SCS processes, tools, and organizational structure, along with a working understanding of controls.
• Proven ability to lead through influence in a diverse, matrixed global organization and address complex issues across various functional areas and business lines.
• Strong competencies in process analysis, problem-solving, and strategic development.
• Capacity to autonomously prioritize tasks and achieve results under pressure.
• Highly organized in managing data, tools, and communication, employing a systematic approach to problem-solving.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with Lean methodologies.
• Strong business acumen and judgment necessary for decision-making and addressing complex challenges.
• Ability to translate business visions into actionable plans and navigate ambiguity with cross-functional and cross-business collaboration.
• Familiarity with Commercial IT Systems and Data Governance audits.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
