This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Facilitate PSRs, workouts, and Kaizen events for the commercial operations team.
• Lead the creation of the Lean Roadmap for commercial transformation.
• Manage projects related to transformation efforts, track milestones, and communicate updates.
• Oversee the monthly newsletter for commercial operations.
• Maintain ownership of the Commercial Operations Homepage on SharePoint.
• Facilitate the management of Commercial Process NCR/Stop Work and implement preventive measures.
• Drive continuous enhancements in Commercial Offer Templates, maintaining them in ASPOSE and the Commercial Operations Homepage.
• Develop and keep process documentation up to date, including Standard Work Instructions and QMS documents.
• Ensure that process documentation is integrated into the Quality Management System and promote its adoption among commercial and sales teams.
• Supervise the maintenance, enhancement, and integration of commercial tools that support the business's front end.
• Own and facilitate the competency model for Commercial Operations staff.
• Lead the development and delivery of training for commercial and sales teams.
• Manage Daily Management dashboards and the rhythms of Monthly Operating Reviews.
• Collaborate with Sales Operations to create a consolidated ITO KPI view.
• Contribute to the Hoshin plan and drive the associated KPIs and metrics.
• Coordinate communications, training, organizational upskilling, and change management across global functions.
• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution.
• At least 7 years of relevant experience, including sales and commercial operations, project management, operations, governance, and process improvement.
• Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally.
• In-depth knowledge of SCS processes, tools, and organizational structure, along with a working knowledge of controls.
• Capability to lead through influence within a diverse, matrixed global organization.
• Strong skills in process analysis, problem-solving, and strategy formulation.
• Ability to prioritize tasks independently and achieve results under pressure.
• Highly organized in managing data, tools, and communications, applying a systematic approach to problem-solving.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with Lean methodologies.
• Strong business acumen and judgment for decision-making and handling complex tasks or challenges.
• Ability to translate business vision into actionable execution plans and navigate through ambiguity.
• Experience with Commercial IT Systems and Data Governance audits.
• Must possess legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Successful completion of a drug screening, if applicable.
