Senior COA Licensing Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania, +4 more countries.

📋 Description

• Serve as a licensing subject matter expert for clinical trials awarded to ICON by strategic pharmaceutical clients.

• Collaborate with internal teams to provide COA licensing and translations within multi-service projects.

• Execute administrative duties from the initiation of requests to finalization, which includes following up on invoice processing and tracking work time.

• Engage in client and operational meetings with both internal and external stakeholders.

• Facilitate negotiations and discussions with copyright holders.

• Work alongside team members and functional groups to ensure timely delivery of high-quality outputs and milestones.

• Deliver exceptional customer service by interacting with clients and facilitating discussions through the ePROVIDE™ platform.

• Oversee the entire project lifecycle from award to delivery.

• Create and maintain filing and tracking tools.

• Contribute to the training and mentoring of junior staff members.

• Assist in the preparation of client-focused proposals and budgets.

• Support departmental process enhancements and special projects.

• Provide system support and manage shared knowledge resources.


⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in delivering COA licensing and translation services is required.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in client services and/or project coordination.

• Outstanding project management capabilities, including excellent organizational skills, task prioritization, and meticulous attention to detail.

• Advanced customer service abilities, with a strong capacity to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues, and to resolve issues or complaints.

• Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.

• Experience working with international teams is advantageous.

• Previous remote working experience is preferred.

• Self-driven and comfortable working independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

• A degree is preferred.

• Legal eligibility to work in the country where the position is located.
