Senior Cloud Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Develop a new cloud product from the ground up as a greenfield initiative within Contabo.

• Set up channels for customer and support feedback.

• Convert market and customer requirements into a clear product vision.

• Manage the complete product roadmap, from high-level strategy and prioritization to delivery, in alignment with the PMO.

• Fine-tune ideas to enable development teams to implement them with confidence.

• Organize roadmap items for optimal impact.

• Collaborate with the UX team to shape the user experience.

• Engage in technical discussions and comprehend product architecture across the entire stack.

• Detect and address hidden obstacles.

• Integrate with existing finance and infrastructure processes, and establish new processes as required.

• Communicate progress and updates to development, sales, support, marketing, and leadership stakeholders.

• Act as the primary point of contact among various stakeholder groups.

• Create a product-driven roadmap that spans a minimum of two years.

• Establish KPIs to evaluate platform success.

• Report directly to the Head of Product while operating independently.

⛳️ Requirements

• Significant senior-level experience in product management, preferably within a cloud or IT infrastructure setting.

• Demonstrated end-to-end ownership of a product roadmap, from strategic planning to delivery.

• Strong technical knowledge of cloud-native architecture, including containers, Kubernetes, microservices, and cloud infrastructure.

• Familiarity with data-driven prioritization, A/B testing, and agile methodologies such as Scrum.

• Proven ability to act as the main point of contact between engineering, sales, support, and leadership.

• Comfortable and adept in using AI tools in daily operations.

• High level of independence and poise in a dynamic greenfield environment.

• Capability to rapidly gain in-depth knowledge of new domains, products, and technologies.

• Professional proficiency in English.

• Proficiency in German, product management certifications, and a degree in Business, Computer Science, or Engineering are advantageous.

• Experience with pricing and packaging strategies is a plus.
