This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of the entire recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to offer acceptance for both clinical and corporate roles.
• Recruit for key positions such as Behavioral Health Care Managers, Psychiatric Consultants, Outreach & Engagement Specialists, among other essential business roles.
• Create innovative sourcing strategies to attract talent in competitive markets.
• Develop and sustain proactive pipelines of behavioral health professionals across various states.
• Cultivate relationships with passive candidates to establish long-term talent communities.
• Leverage market intelligence to predict hiring trends and workforce challenges.
• Provide guidance to founders and hiring managers regarding recruitment strategies, market conditions, and hiring decisions.
• Assist in defining role requirements, interview methods, and selection criteria.
• Uphold a high hiring standard and challenge hiring managers when necessary.
• Represent Colla Health effectively throughout the recruitment process.
• Ensure a professional, responsive, and transparent experience for all candidates.
• Foster relationships that enhance Colla Health’s employer brand within the behavioral health sector.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting.
• Required experience in healthcare recruiting; strong preference for behavioral health recruiting.
• Proven experience in recruiting licensed clinicians, including LCSWs, LPCs, LMFTs, Psychologists, PMHNPs, or similar provider types.
• In-depth understanding of clinical licensure prerequisites and multi-state healthcare recruiting.
• Successful track record in recruiting within startup, high-growth, or rapidly scaling organizations.
• Ability to proactively source, engage, and recruit passive candidates in competitive environments.
• Experience collaborating directly with founders, executives, and hiring leaders.
• Strong business acumen and capability to influence hiring decisions as a trusted talent advisor.
• Exceptional communication, organization, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Capacity to create structure in ambiguous situations.
• Resourceful, self-motivated, and at ease with uncertainty.
