This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Report to the Regional Sales Manager (RSM)
• Deliver clinical and product knowledge along with customer service to clients
• Cultivate and sustain relationships with both new and existing customers
• Execute account development initiatives and foster capable, confident clinical advocates to promote the use of Monarch systems and scopes
• Offer in-case procedural assistance as a technical consultant
• Educate physicians and clinical staff to enhance their competence, clinical support, and confidence
• Recognize and pursue educational opportunities
• Provide support for technically complex cases
• Serve as a liaison between customers and the corporate office for cases needing peer review
• Ensure prompt and accurate reporting of complaints or technical concerns
• Regularly communicate with colleagues to support strategic account development goals
• Maintain expert-level knowledge of Monarch products available in the market
• Conduct education programs for fellows and physicians
• Create professional education events customized for each market
• Adhere to company policies and relevant federal, state, and local regulations, including HIPAA, the Sunshine Act, and Monarch Sales Guidelines
• A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in sales, marketing, or healthcare
• Capability to work across all hospital departments, including the operating room environment
• Willingness to travel 50%–75% of the time within the assigned territory
• A valid Driver’s License in one of the 50 United States
• Ability to operate in a field-based clinical support environment with frequent travel throughout the designated territory
• Comfort working independently while closely collaborating with the wider commercial team
