This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Lead the recruitment process for clinical positions
• Oversee recruitment efforts for CRNAs, anesthesiologists, and various anesthesia-related roles
• Evaluate candidates by assessing their qualifications, experience, and cultural alignment
• Build and sustain a robust candidate pipeline through strategic initiatives and partnerships
• Collaborate with Chiefs, RVPs, and clinical leadership to identify staffing requirements and create customized recruitment approaches
• Act as the main point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring process
• Articulate job duties, company culture, and benefits to prospective candidates
• Manage candidate expectations regarding salary, relocation assistance, and negotiation of offers
• Provide guidance and training to Chiefs on interviewing techniques, candidate assessment, and recruitment best practices
• Work in conjunction with regional leadership, compensation, and marketing teams
• Represent the company’s brand at industry events, conferences, and job fairs
• Develop focused recruitment campaigns
• Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local regulations, including EEO and healthcare compliance standards
• Keep precise candidate records in the ATS while ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations
• Report on recruitment progress, obstacles, and performance metrics to leadership
• Assist with onboarding by conducting pre-employment screenings, background checks, and verifying credentials
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare, or a related discipline
• Over 5 years of recruitment experience, with a minimum of 3 years dedicated to clinical recruitment or healthcare
• Preferred experience in recruiting for anesthesia-related positions, such as CRNAs, anesthesiologists, or surgical/critical care roles
• Understanding of recruitment in healthcare environments, including knowledge of specific regulations and compliance requirements
• Proficiency in sourcing, interviewing, and assessing clinical candidates
• Strong expertise in recruitment strategies, talent pipelines, and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, with a knack for engaging and building rapport with diverse candidates and hiring managers
• Capability to manage multiple recruitment processes concurrently, while maintaining focus on detail and deadlines
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with an emphasis on achieving results
• Familiarity with HR technology, ATS, and recruitment tools (e.g., Workday)
