This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Act as a subject matter expert in Commercial Clinical Marketing for the commercial division and approved educational materials for customers.
• Convert clinical data and product information into engaging, clear, differentiated, and compliant commercial communications.
• Develop, revise, and sustain clinical educational resources, such as presentation decks and training tools.
• Implement Key Opinion Leader (KOL) engagement initiatives and support strategic partnership goals.
• Collaborate across departments with Clinical Medical Affairs, Sales leadership, and Global Strategic Marketing to enhance North American podium visibility.
• Organize HCP-led educational initiatives, including speaker sessions and PCI/CTO Champions programs.
• Create, design, and initiate new educational programs for HCPs.
• Manage Teleflex-led initiatives across various regions.
• Work with internal teams and faculty to facilitate effective program delivery.
• Monitor, report, and document program outcomes and HCP engagement metrics.
• Gather field feedback and insights to guide content revisions and program enhancements.
• Partner with Product Marketing on clinical and promotional messaging strategies.
• Ensure that clinical educational tools and materials are accurate, well-supported, aligned with approved messaging and brand strategy, and undergo proper review and approval.
• Assist in providing clinical education for the field sales team through Commercial Enablement.
• Support National Sales Meetings and regional gatherings with clinical education initiatives.
• A Bachelor’s degree is required; an advanced degree (MBA, MS, MPH, or clinical degree) is preferred.
• Over 5 years of experience in cardiovascular medical device marketing, sales, or clinical roles.
• Proven expertise in the Interventional Cardiology market.
• Successful history of delivering education to physicians.
• Strong capability in establishing relationships with physicians.
• In-depth knowledge of clinical trial interpretation.
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
