Marketing Manager – Life Sciences

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Manage the comprehensive transition of the website and country-specific sites.

• Establish site architecture, taxonomy, and content strategy.

• Create and enhance SEO-focused web content and metadata.

• Design and develop pages using Umbraco CMS (v13).

• Oversee redirects, analytics, and optimization after launch.

• Collaborate with global teams on campaign URL modifications and site governance.

• Assist during the launch and hypercare phase with troubleshooting.

• Plan and implement integrated marketing campaigns, encompassing both digital and traditional methods.

• Lead the content strategy across web platforms, blogs, and social media channels.

• Develop engaging sales and promotional materials.

• Evaluate campaign performance and refine strategies accordingly.

• Provide support for conferences, trade shows, and brand promotional activities.

• Work collaboratively with global marketing and leadership teams.

• Ensure campaigns align with corporate branding and messaging guidelines.

• Partner with country site owners to expand content on an international level.

• Help build a robust and consistent global brand identity for Eurofins PSS.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline.

• At least 5 years of experience in business-to-business professional services marketing.

• Proficient in various marketing tools and platforms.

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Proven experience in developing social media campaigns that generate leads.

• Highly organized with exceptional time management abilities.

• Creative thinker.

• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.

• Familiarity with or knowledge of an insourcing model and/or recruiting services.

• Understanding of or experience in the life sciences industry.

• Experience in direct sales lead generation.

• Knowledge of MS CRM.

• Availability for full-time work, Monday through Friday, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., with overtime as required.
