Senior Field Marketing Specialist, Hungary

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Create, strategize, and execute local marketing initiatives for plasma centers, particularly targeting Hungary.

• Collaborate closely with center managers and Operations teams to pinpoint local marketing requirements.

• Organize and carry out local events, promotions, and community engagement activities.

• Assist in initiatives aimed at attracting, retaining, and reactivating plasma donors.

• Tailor European marketing campaigns to suit local markets.

• Evaluate market, competitive, and performance data for ongoing optimization.

• Oversee external agencies and service providers.

• Ensure adherence to regulatory and compliance standards.

• Foster the sharing of best practices across European markets.

• Aid in budget planning and performance evaluation.

• Partner with plasma centers in Germany and Hungary.

• Travel approximately 30% of the time.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.

• Multiple years of experience in field marketing, trade marketing, or local marketing.

• Proven experience in planning and executing local marketing campaigns and events.

• Ideally, background in a multi-site, retail, or branch-based setting.

• Comprehensive understanding of the economic and cultural aspects of the Hungarian market.

• Strong project management and organizational abilities.

• High degree of initiative with an independent working approach.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.

• Experience in regulated industries is a plus.

• Native-level Hungarian or C2 proficiency.

• Proficient in German and English.

• Willingness to travel around 30% of the time.
