This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +20 more states.
• Develop, implement, and manage marketing programs and initiatives aimed at PDQ’s customer base.
• Construct and direct customer marketing strategies throughout the customer lifecycle to enhance loyalty, retention, expansion, and advocacy.
• Collaborate with email, content, product marketing, and marketing operations teams on unified marketing initiatives.
• Lead, mentor, and support a team of Customer Marketing professionals.
• Supervise engagement, cross-sell, and upsell objectives for owned and self-serve accounts.
• Design and execute surveys and feedback mechanisms, including NPS.
• Work alongside product and customer success teams on onboarding, product adoption, engagement, expansion, and renewals.
• Manage marketing-driven cross-sell efforts and enhance product SKU adoption.
• Create and maintain customer success stories and testimonials, identifying customer advocates in the process.
• Organize and execute customer-facing events and community programs, such as webinars and user conferences.
• Oversee lifecycle marketing campaigns, including onboarding nurture, renewal reminders, win-back strategies, and outreach for at-risk accounts.
• Own and report on Customer Marketing metrics, including NRR, logo retention, NPS/CSAT, expansion pipeline, and advocacy participation.
• Define and uphold customer segmentation and lifecycle stage frameworks.
• Evaluate program performance, set benchmarks, optimize tests, and present findings to leadership.
• Analyze product utilization and customer data to identify challenges and implement enhancements.
• Over 7 years of marketing experience, preferably in a fast-paced B2B SaaS environment.
• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in marketing, business, or a related field.
• Demonstrated expertise in creating and managing customer marketing programs from onboarding to renewal.
• Previous leadership or management experience, with a strong capability to inspire and mentor a team.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions based on data analysis.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proven ability to lead and collaborate across teams while achieving results in a dynamic environment.
