Senior Clinical Market Performance Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +32 more states.

📋 Description

• Provide tactical and analytical support to leadership for evaluating performance and ensuring the success of product lines within Centene and its subsidiaries.

• Oversee confidential information and elements related to corporate-wide initiatives associated with Dual Demonstration, Long Term Services & Supports (LTSS), and Intellectual & Developmental Disabilities (IDD) products.

• Perform qualitative and quantitative analysis on product performance, competitive positioning, product innovation, and development.

• Lead various sub-projects and initiatives.

• Identify necessary product modifications and improvements.

• Monitor industry demands and competitor advancements.

• Assist in formulating product development strategies.

• Act as the subject matter expert for assigned states and team members regarding products.

• Establish trust-based relationships with peers within designated health plans and across the corporate structure.

• Support 'train the trainer' initiatives on new products and program enhancements as required.

• Travel a minimum of 20%.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.

• 4+ years of experience in long-term care, IDD, Medicare, dual eligible management, or a related field, preferably in a health plan.

• Proficiency in Excel is required.

• Proficiency in PowerPoint is required.

• Knowledge of Access is preferred.

• Project management experience is preferred.

• Product development experience is preferred.

• A minimum of 20% travel is required.
