Senior Clinical Healthcare Recruiter – Independent Contractor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Recruit skilled clinical healthcare and allied health professionals for open positions.

• Source and headhunt both passive and active candidates independently.

• Engage in candidate outreach, discovery, and screening processes.

• Assess candidate qualifications in relation to position requirements.

• Confirm relevant clinical experience, education, licenses, certifications, credentials, and other necessary qualifications.

• Analyze specialty-specific experience alongside position requirements.

• Identify considerations regarding compensation, relocation, geography, scheduling, and candidate availability during the discovery phase.

• Prepare thorough and accurate candidate submissions.

• Oversee candidate communication throughout the recruitment process.

• Guide candidates through interviews, offers, and placements.

• Maintain active candidate pipelines with consistent follow-up.

• Recruit for nursing, allied health, behavioral health, pharmacy, and other clinical healthcare positions nationwide.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 5 years of professional recruiting experience.

• Proven experience in recruiting clinical healthcare and/or allied health professionals.

• Experience in full-cycle healthcare recruiting.

• Strong skills in candidate sourcing and headhunting.

• Experience in independently identifying and engaging passive healthcare candidates.

• Proficient in candidate discovery, screening, and qualification.

• Ability to evaluate clinical experience, education, licensure, certifications, credentials, and specialty-specific requirements.

• Understanding of position-specific and state-specific licensing or credential requirements.

• Capability to differentiate between required clinical qualifications and preferred qualifications.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to independently manage multiple searches and candidate pipelines.

• Established sourcing methods and the ability to recruit without basic recruiter training.

• Comfortable working as a 1099 independent contractor on a commission-only basis.

• Must be based in the U.S.
