Senior Clinical Analyst, Programmer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Oversee programming tasks for data listings, Safety Review Listings, Centralized Monitoring Listings, and various reports.

• Collect, comprehend, and evaluate requirements communicated by the Data Management and Risk Based Study Management teams.

• Develop code to fulfill business requirements within the specified timelines and budget constraints.

• Draft listing specifications based on user needs, primarily from Data Management and Risk Based Study Management.

• Produce SAS Data Review Listings in accordance with study protocols, EDC Database, and Data Validation Specifications.

• Establish and manage a repository of Manual Data Review Listings.

• Generate Safety Review Listings.

• Contribute to the creation of reports and listings that support Centralized Monitoring efforts.

• Record modifications to code and specifications.

• Aid in the development of Standard Operating Procedures concerning the implementation of data standards.

• Support initiatives aimed at improving productivity, quality, cycle-time, and cost-effectiveness.

• Provide mentorship to junior Analysts and Programmers.

• Participate in certain meetings outside of standard business hours, primarily during the evening.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor of Science degree is mandatory.

• Minimum of 10 years of clinical research experience in the biotechnology, pharmacy, or CRO sectors.

• At least 5 years of experience in SAS programming.

• Comprehensive understanding of regulatory standards and the drug development lifecycle.

• Extensive exposure to clinical trial data, SAS data, and database specifications.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with effective project planning and time management capabilities.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating agility in managing and prioritizing multiple competing tasks.

• SAS certification and/or Advanced Programmer experience would be advantageous.

• Must possess legal authorization to work in India.
