📋 Description

• Design, develop, and enhance scalable and dependable backend solutions.

• Utilize AI-assisted development tools and methodologies, including Claude, AI agents, and skills, to boost engineering productivity and software delivery.

• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and other stakeholders to comprehend business requirements.

• Convert business needs into technical solutions.

• Participate in technical decision-making.

• Provide support and mentorship to junior developers.

• Share industry best practices.

• Conduct thorough code reviews.

• Assist in elevating the overall technical proficiency of the engineering team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong background in .NET backend development.

• Familiarity with Azure and AWS cloud technologies.

• Knowledge of Kubernetes.

• Experience with RabbitMQ and MongoDB.

• Proficiency in CI/CD pipelines.

• Experience in Agile methodologies and product collaboration.

• Familiarity with APIs and microservices.

• Experience with AI-assisted software development, including Claude, AI agents, and skills.

• Knowledge of code review processes and software engineering best practices.

• Ability to mentor and support less experienced developers.

• Capacity to collaborate effectively with Product, Engineering, and other stakeholders.
