This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama.
• Serve as the main point of contact for customers regarding sales demand generation.
• Implement marketing strategies and promote Sobi products as instructed by the Regional Sales Director.
• Offer up-to-date and thorough clinical knowledge of Sobi products.
• Convey on-label clinical advantages of the products.
• Carry out Plan of Action marketing strategies.
• Communicate branded sales messages to customers.
• Represent Sobi at local meetings.
• Meet or surpass territory sales objectives.
• Advocate for Sobi products and services to a designated customer base.
• Drive and expand sales within a specific geographical area.
• Encourage appropriate use of Sobi products by healthcare professionals in compliance with Corporate, PhRMA, and OIG guidelines.
• Create and execute a territory business plan.
• Analyze weekly territory sales data to prioritize physician targeting and ensure accurate reporting.
• Prepare budget plans for customer interactions, local symposia, and other external costs.
• Identify and address issues and opportunities while proactively communicating with sales and marketing management.
• Report adverse events to Sobi’s Drug Safety department.
• Manage administrative tasks, including reporting call activity and customer information, expense submissions, and timely data entry.
• Must reside within the assigned territory.
• BA/BS degree in business or science.
• At least 5 years of dedicated hospital sales experience in the Pharmaceutical or Biotechnology sector.
• Minimum of 3 years of specialty sales experience in the Pharmaceutical or Biotechnology field.
• For CAM roles: at least 3 years of biologics sales experience using a specialty pharmacy, or 8 years of dedicated hospital sales experience.
• Familiarity with the transition of care/patient journey from hospital to outpatient settings.
• Proven track record of high sales performance.
• Knowledge of single source pharmacies, reimbursement programs, managed care, and formulary processes.
• Strong work ethic with the ability to prioritize and manage time effectively across a large assigned territory.
• Must be based in or near the specified geographic territory; relocation assistance is not available.
• Willingness to travel within the territory, including overnight travel of up to 40–50% in some cases.
