This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Identify, cultivate, and expand No Share and Low Share K-12 and Higher Education accounts within both public and private education sectors.
• Collaborate with various Client Sales Executives to formulate account strategies, discover mobility prospects, and align AT&T solutions with customer objectives.
• Facilitate discovery discussions with educational clients to ascertain needs related to wireless connectivity, devices for students and staff, campus coverage, transportation and fleet solutions, IoT, public safety, FirstNet eligibility, and mobility features.
• Establish and oversee a systematic sales funnel, including Salesforce activities, opportunity tracking, forecasting, customer engagement, and execution of closed-won deals.
• Present mobility solutions such as connected devices, hotspots, connected buses, wireless broadband, business wireless plans, device lifecycle management, security, IoT, and mission-critical communications as applicable.
• Collaborate with product specialists, solution architects, pricing, contracting, implementation, and support teams to provide comprehensive customer solutions.
• Drive quantifiable share growth by converting competitive accounts, boosting CRU lines and mobility revenue, and enhancing AT&T’s strategic influence within educational accounts.
• A minimum of 5 years of proven sales, business development, or account management experience in the Education sector.
• Familiarity with K-12 and Higher Education purchasing cycles, procurement processes, funding sources, contracts, and E-Rate considerations.
• Experience in telecommunications, technology, public sector, education, or intricate B2B solution sales.
• Proven track record of prospecting, developing, and closing new business in underrepresented or competitive accounts.
• Strong consultative selling abilities with a knack for uncovering customer needs, crafting value-driven proposals, negotiating effectively, and progressing opportunities through complex purchasing processes.
• Capability to collaborate with diverse account teams, business partners, and internal support organizations while maintaining ownership of mobility opportunity development.
• Exceptional written, verbal, presentation, pipeline management, and customer relationship skills.
• Commission of $58,000
