This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Build and sustain robust relationships with designated clients.
β’ Offer consultancy services by analyzing intricate plan performance data and recommending plan design and coverage strategies.
β’ Ensure adherence to federal and state regulations.
β’ Spearhead comprehensive renewal strategies, encompassing benefit options, benchmarking, claims experience, contribution modeling, and alternative plan designs.
β’ Prepare and present insights, trend analyses, and strategic recommendations during Quarterly Business Reviews.
β’ Review, enhance, and authorize employee-facing communication materials, such as Benefit Guides.
β’ Oversee the client compliance calendar and pinpoint emerging compliance risks.
β’ Collaborate with Client Success Specialists, Advisors, and third-party partners to clarify data requirements and troubleshoot challenges.
β’ Address escalated enrollment discrepancies, eligibility inquiries, and coverage concerns.
β’ Coordinate deliverables among internal teams for renewal cycles, onboarding, audits, and significant client events.
β’ Investigate and resolve billing issues, claim disputes, and endorsement requests.
β’ Guide colleagues and participate in initiatives aimed at process enhancement.
β’ Work in conjunction with the Client Executive, Client Success Specialist, Advisor, carriers, and internal support teams.
β’ Bachelor's degree in business, insurance, finance, or a related discipline; professional designations are highly preferred.
β’ Current state license is required (Life & Health).
β’ 4-6+ years of experience in employee benefits and account management.
β’ Proven expertise in client service, plan administration, and strategic benefits consulting.
β’ In-depth understanding of employee benefits processes, market dynamics, exposure analysis, funding arrangements, and renewal cycles.
β’ Preferred experience in coordinating with offshore teams, shared service centers, or third-party partners.
β’ Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
β’ Capable of delivering presentations to executive decision-makers and employee groups.
β’ High proficiency in Agency Management Systems such as Brokerage Builder, Microsoft Excel, AI-driven tools, and digital workflow platforms.
β’ Advanced capability to analyze complex benefits data and assess plan performance.
β’ Ability to resolve escalated or particularly complex client issues.
β’ Competence in managing multiple intricate client timelines and adhering to deadlines.
