This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Facilitate high-level discussions and foster dependable client relationships.
• Drive account growth by constructing business cases and showcasing financial and strategic returns on investment.
• Recognize market gaps, strategic prospects, and emerging challenges faced by clients.
• Present Quietly's capabilities and outline strategic goals, methodologies, budgets, and scopes of work.
• Supervise program execution and account governance, covering scopes, outcomes, budgets, resource allocation, and project management.
• Direct engagements and mentor cross-functional Strategy and Content teams.
• Oversee revenue generation, project profitability, and the overall financial health of the portfolio.
• Shape delivery strategy and operational best practices alongside the Head of Delivery.
• Assist in the onboarding, mentoring, training, coaching, and professional growth of Delivery team members.
• Enhance organizational processes and tools in collaboration with department heads and operations.
• Create new service offerings and sales enablement resources with Growth, Strategy, and Content teams.
• Aid in business development and marketing initiatives with the CEO and Growth team.
• Over 8 years of experience in account management.
• A minimum of 6 years as an Account Director.
• At least 2 years at the Senior Account Director level or an equivalent position.
• Demonstrated success in managing and expanding high-profile, seven-figure enterprise client portfolios.
• Experience in deepening executive-level client relationships and navigating complex enterprise structures.
• Proven capability to grow existing accounts by identifying client needs and uncovering new opportunities.
• Background in delivering marketing and operations consulting, content strategy, and distribution initiatives.
• Familiarity with utilizing AI tools to enhance operational efficiencies and elevate both strategic and creative endeavors.
• Outstanding narrative development and executive-level pitching abilities.
• Strong project management skills, including scope definition, planning, task management, resource distribution, and risk management.
• Commercially aware and comfortable with data; adept at converting research into business-savvy engagements.
• Experience in leading and scaling strategic accounts within complex, technical B2B and enterprise settings.
• Understanding of media planning/buying, public relations, advertising, social media, AEO/GEO, and SEO.
• Proficiency with AI platforms, marketing automation, content management systems, CRM platforms, email marketing, web analytics, and e-commerce tools.
• Must be eligible to work in Canada.
