Senior Client Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Manage a high-impact portfolio of key enterprise clients independently.

• Collaborate with Sales to identify expansion opportunities, increase volume, and achieve revenue targets.

• Convert complex performance metrics into strategic narratives during regular Business Reviews.

• Work with Analytics to enhance multi-channel outreach strategies across email, SMS, and voice.

• Act as the strategic voice of the client within the organization.

• Relay operational feedback and priorities to Product and Engineering teams to influence the roadmap.

• Serve as the primary point of escalation for intricate client issues.

• Develop proactive risk frameworks and executive-level dashboards to monitor client satisfaction.

• Guide enterprise partners through the transition to digital-first collections and performance optimization.

• Mentor junior members of the Client Management team.

• Collaborate across various functions to align internal priorities with client success.

⛳️ Requirements

• Relevant professional experience in Operations, Client Management, Default Management, Risk, or Strategy within debt collection or financial services.

• Capability to transform raw data into actionable business insights and strategic recommendations for clients.

• Proven history of leading complex, multi-stakeholder business transformations and influencing results without direct authority.

• Excellent interpersonal skills.

• Consistent professional demeanor.

• A “think-like-an-owner” approach.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant professional experience.
