Client Partner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the client relationship and serve as the internal advocate for the client.

• Ensure that the products and services delivered not only meet but exceed client expectations and generate measurable impact.

• Lead the planning, coordination, workflow, creation, and execution of project plans for web and app initiatives.

• Facilitate planning and status meetings while clearly communicating the outcomes of those meetings.

• Review websites to ensure accuracy, adherence to brand guidelines, and compliance with quality standards.

• Coordinate approvals from both the team and clients for creative deliverables.

• Enhance website production processes to enable quicker launches and meet account deadlines.

• Provide detailed creative briefs and engage in UX/UI creative reviews.

• Add text, images, and videos to web pages.

• Design menu and navigation systems and assist in the integration of third-party data.

• Interpret and direct client requests appropriately.

• Participate in weekly allocation and roadmap meetings with the Product Delivery team.

• Contribute to the development of methodologies, standards, and best practices to optimize digital production.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in client-facing positions within the technology sector.

• Preferable experience with API integrations, especially with Olo, Personica, Yext, or other menu management systems or loyalty programs.

• Capability to manage strong-willed teams and keep projects on schedule.

• Self-driven and capable of working independently to resolve issues.

• Willingness to utilize Jira for project management and communication.

• Excellent writing skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and concisely.
