This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Drive the expansion of NI's business through targeted partnerships with System Integrators.
• Forge executive, sales, and technical relationships with System Integrator partners throughout the Americas.
• Develop and implement business plans that align with partner growth objectives and NI's strategic priorities.
• Identify new partnership opportunities while enhancing existing relationships.
• Act as the primary business leader accountable for the success and growth of partners.
• Assist partners in adopting NI technology and integrating it into repeatable customer solutions.
• Aid in the development of standardized solution offerings, packaged services, and industry-specific solutions.
• Collaborate with NI's product, marketing, and business teams to ensure partner offerings align with market opportunities.
• Deliver programs for business and technical enablement, including training, tools, customer success stories, and solution assets.
• Support partner teams throughout the sales process, from identifying opportunities to proposal development and customer engagement.
• Enhance NI sales team's adoption and utilization of qualified System Integrator partners.
• Create initiatives for account mapping, joint business plans, success stories, and sales strategies.
• Establish measurable partner growth plans and conduct quarterly business reviews.
• Monitor business performance, pipeline development, partner engagement, and strategic initiatives.
• Maintain forecasting accuracy and provide insights into partner-driven business outcomes.
• Meet revenue targets, grow the strategic pipeline, improve win rates, and position NI as a preferred technology platform among key partners.
• Over 10 years of experience in partner development, business development, strategic alliances, channel sales, account management, or technical sales.
• Proven track record in building and nurturing strategic partner relationships.
• Experience in influencing technical and business stakeholders within complex sales environments.
• Strong executive presence with the ability to establish credibility with senior leaders.
• Demonstrated capability to lead initiatives across various functions and organizations.
• Exceptional skills in business planning, forecasting, pipeline management, and operational discipline.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• No current or future work-authorization sponsorship is needed.
• Preferred: experience with a System Integrator.
• Preferred: background in test, measurement, industrial automation, manufacturing, software, engineering, or technology markets.
• Preferred: experience in developing partner ecosystems and go-to-market strategies.
