This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Oversee and deliver participant advisory services offerings, which include managed accounts, online advisory solutions, financial planning, and financial wellbeing initiatives.
• Consult with clients regarding service features, usage, and participant engagement strategies.
• Lead and manage projects aimed at enhancing services, implementing plan changes, and addressing regulatory impacts.
• Comprehend client/provider service delivery requirements and advocate for their needs effectively.
• Present new product features and offerings to existing clients.
• Conduct system testing in support of service delivery processes.
• Manage client reporting and create presentations tailored for clients.
• Formulate strategies to market services and increase utilization among assigned clients.
• Develop and maintain plans for client retention and profitability margins.
• Review and authorize client invoices.
• Act as a subject matter expert for Alight Financial Services products during sales meetings.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to enhance service delivery.
• Mentor and coach junior team members while supporting colleagues.
• Coordinate with vendor contacts and internal teams to ensure delivery excellence.
• Provide proactive updates to stakeholders and vendor partners, identifying issues and assigning action items for resolution.
• Facilitate meetings with clients, vendors, and internal teams; set objectives and agendas, manage logistics, document decisions/actions, and ensure resolution of open items.
• At least 3 years of experience in the Financial Services/401k benefits sector.
• A minimum of 3 years in project management roles.
• Over 3 years of experience managing intricate client relationships.
• At least 3 years of proficiency in client consulting skills, driving towards best practices.
• Must hold an active FINRA Series 63 or Series 65 license upon hire, or be eligible to successfully obtain the required license within six (6) months of employment.
• Knowledge of investment advisory solutions and the industry landscape, including competitors, market pricing, delivery requirements, and client expectations.
• Awareness of compliance, regulatory, and legislative matters.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and customer service abilities.
• Capability to cultivate and sustain effective business relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Copilot, AI-powered tools, etc.).
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Highly effective analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Proactive with a strong sense of initiative and ownership.
• Must possess work authorization in the United States that does not currently or in the future require visa sponsorship.
