Client Engagement Partner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.

📋 Description

• Provide a superior, tailored customer experience through timely responses, effective issue resolution, and smooth in-branch and digital services.

• Execute precise banking transactions, including teller duties, while adhering to bank policies and regulatory guidelines.

• Establish and manage consumer and business accounts.

• Handle account maintenance requests, resolve issues, and address fraud-related inquiries.

• Engage customers in discussions based on their needs and suggest suitable products and services.

• Foster relationship development through consultative cross-selling.

• Offer insights into bank products, services, and digital banking solutions.

• Ensure organization and operational efficiency for daily branch operations.

• Work collaboratively with team members to guarantee consistent service delivery.

• Contribute to branch initiatives, customer outreach, and community engagement.

• Process and finalize consumer loan applications, including installment loans and home equity lines of credit.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least one year of customer service experience, delivering a high-quality experience.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications or a quick learner of these tools.

• Exceptional attention to detail.

• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.

• Capability to multitask and prioritize tasks according to customer needs.

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
