This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee a diverse portfolio of ecosystem partners through scalable initiatives, tiers, communications, and operational frameworks.
• Develop, initiate, and manage partner programs that deliver value to partners while furthering Stripe’s ecosystem and product objectives.
• Establish and sustain partner tiering, engagement strategies, program criteria, and lifecycle processes.
• Foster the adoption of Stripe primitives, product features, and initiatives aimed at partners; create enablement plans and monitor KPIs.
• Collaborate with Partner Engineering to pinpoint integration requirements, technical or product challenges, and enhance the partner integration experience.
• Work alongside Product Marketing on partner messaging, launches, educational efforts, and promotional campaigns.
• Cooperate with Product, Engineering, Go-to-Market, Operations, PE&O, RPS, and other stakeholders to transform insights into actionable workstreams and address obstacles.
• Monitor partner health, program effectiveness, commitments, and delivery milestones by utilizing both quantitative and qualitative feedback.
• Assist with templated deals, renewals, and other specified commercial workflows; escalate significant changes, risks, and impediments.
• Enhance ecosystem, partner, product, and market knowledge and disseminate insights to internal stakeholders.
• Cultivate effective relationships across Stripe and with partners, communicate effectively, and align stakeholders around common goals.
• Contribute to a diverse, high-performing team culture and adhere to Stripe’s operating principles.
• Proven experience in partnerships, business development, account management, strategic programs, go-to-market, or a similar cross-functional role with external stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to design, implement, or enhance scalable programs, partner tiers, lifecycle processes, or other systems catering to a wide array of customers or partners.
• Capable of managing multiple workstreams, setting clear plans and milestones, and consistently meeting commitments.
• Strong skills in cross-functional collaboration across Product, Engineering, Marketing, Operations, and Go-to-Market teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to articulate product value and synthesize feedback effectively.
• Analytical and operational discipline, including the ability to define and monitor KPIs, evaluate partner health, identify risks and obstacles, and leverage data to enhance outcomes.
• Skilled in developing constructive external partner relationships and balancing partner needs with Stripe’s goals.
• Genuine interest in Stripe’s products, users, and ecosystem.
• Preferred: experience within ecosystem, platform, technology, payments, financial services, or SaaS partnerships.
• Preferred: experience in driving the adoption of product capabilities, integrations, or platform primitives through partner enablement or go-to-market strategies.
• Preferred: experience with partner-focused engineering, product, or product-marketing teams.
• Preferred: familiarity with partner integrations, commercial agreements, partner operations, or risk and compliance in regulated or complex settings.
