This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Facilitate comprehensive financial management for the client portfolio, including reporting, daily operations, and month-end closing tasks.
• Assist with monthly project accounting initiatives and lead designated monthly status meetings with project managers.
• Oversee project updates across financial tracking systems.
• Examine and reconcile new projects, change orders, budget modifications, carve-outs, milestones, tasks, revenue types, signatures, Salesforce data, and intercompany amounts.
• Establish new clients within accounting systems and files, including mapping employee-to-billable rates and reviewing MSA rebates and discounts.
• Analyze intercompany revenue and cost transactions, cost allocations, contracts, and changes to project scope.
• Support revenue recognition efforts and ensure adherence to client contracts.
• Generate monthly project revenue forecasts and assess them against the budget or plan.
• Scrutinize project hours, expenses, roles, rates, costs, and subcontractor activities compared to forecasts and budgets.
• Prepare and review client invoices, maintain contract invoicing waterfalls, and follow up on overdue invoices.
• Review and submit monthly client accruals and consolidate accruals across Precision entities.
• Evaluate Salesforce business development opportunities and keep accurate internal schedules and financial trackers.
• Assist with annual budgeting, P&L budget items, annual audit support, new policies and procedures, and monthly closing activities.
• Guide and mentor junior staff on best practices in client finance and career advancement.
• Bachelor’s degree with a focus on accounting, finance, or business.
• Over 3 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience in agency or professional services is advantageous.
• Preferred experience in month-end closing procedures.
• Revenue recognition experience is preferred.
• Experience in project accounting is a plus.
• Client services or client-facing experience is preferred.
• Exceptional client service and communication abilities.

• Strong critical thinking, analytical, interpretative, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in processing and analyzing large volumes of qualitative and quantitative data.
