This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.
• Meet and exceed designated sales and revenue targets.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers.
• Identify new business opportunities by assessing needs, providing solutions, and resolving customer issues.
• Create and implement territory management strategies that focus on revenue growth and potential customer targets.
• Oversee daily client management tasks.
• Foster relationships, enhance value and revenue, promote retention, and expand the Thomson Reuters presence.
• Organize customer support services for designated accounts.
• Showcase key products and solutions.
• Inform customers about Thomson Reuters offerings and unique market advantages.
• Hold monthly meetings with customers and conduct business evaluations.
• Manage training initiatives and gather customer feedback.
• Coordinate local marketing strategies within assigned accounts.
• Observe competitive activities and relay information to regional management.
• Utilize Salesforce for tracking and managing account activities, forecasting, meetings, and training sessions.
• Negotiate effectively by exploring various options and positions to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience with federal government clients is preferred, or 3+ years in a similar field.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Experience in Field Sales or training is highly desirable.
• Preferred background in Field Account Management and marketing.
• Willingness to travel for sales training, meetings, and client visits.
• Strong customer service orientation and experience.
• Proficient in MS Office and internet applications.
• A BA/BS or JD is strongly preferred.
