Senior Client Executive

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Serve as the primary point of contact following the sale, fostering and sustaining robust, long-lasting client relationships.

• Spearhead post-sale implementation initiatives by identifying business requirements, tailoring product suggestions, and setting ROI benchmarks.

• Evaluate and oversee client dashboards to ensure functionality and derive insights related to model effectiveness.

• Record all stages of project management and keep comprehensive client engagement documentation.

• Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, Data Science, and Engineering teams on a weekly basis.

• Oversee every stage of the client lifecycle after the sale, including implementation, workflow design, data analysis, project management, and relationship development.

• Assist health insurance clients in maximizing the benefits of Gradient AI's predictive analytics solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years experience in a post-sale client relationship capacity, guiding customers through implementation and continuous engagement.

• Previous experience in the health insurance sector; a background in underwriting is a significant advantage.

• Outstanding organizational, communication, and documentation capabilities.

• Demonstrated success in project and account management.

• Proficiency in utilizing CRM software (Salesforce preferred) and Excel.

• A customer-centric approach with the ability to cultivate trusted client relationships.
