Senior Client Enablement Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kansas.

📋 Description

• Facilitate training sessions on the Opus 2 software, ensuring participants can fully utilize the solution.

• Assist and eventually lead training workshops, including customized or ad-hoc training for end-clients.

• Develop and modify training content and materials necessary for all educational initiatives.

• Organize and schedule training sessions with clients to address their primary needs.

• Keep records of client training, including attendance and duration of sessions.

• Ensure client success and provide post-training support to foster enduring client relationships.

• Collect and review customer feedback from training, relay it to internal stakeholders, and communicate responses or solutions back to clients.

• Provide training to internal teams on new solution areas, product improvements, and new features.

• Establish yourself as a trusted advisor to clients and an advocate for Opus 2 and its software.

• Attain expertise in solution areas, comprehend the competitive landscape, and articulate the advantages of the Opus 2 platform.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 2 years of experience in a software training position.

• Prior experience in LegalTech or within a law firm is a plus.

• Energetic, engaging, and quick-thinking.

• Professional, courteous, and confident in communication.

• Proactive and adaptable attitude suitable for a dynamic software company.

• Highly organized.

• Capable of working independently.

• Strong understanding of computer hardware and software.
