Lead Consultant, Front Office

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take charge of front-office implementation workstreams for Ridgeline client projects from inception to go-live.

• Set up Ridgeline tenants by converting client workflows into system configurations and providing client-facing training.

• Collaborate with sales and delivery teams to support pipeline initiatives, including smaller, rapid turnaround projects.

• Address and resolve urgent issues during go-live hypercare, escalating when necessary.

• Gather client feedback and communicate it constructively to the product team.

• Share insights and experiences from projects with colleagues to prevent knowledge silos.

• Assist asset managers and wealth managers throughout the discovery, configuration, and go-live phases for trading systems.

• Build expertise in Ridgeline configuration, workflows, and comprehensive front-office processes.

• Work towards independently managing the entire project lifecycle from discovery to go-live.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in front office, trading, portfolio management, or investment operations — with a background in buy-side, broker-dealer, or vendor implementation.

• A genuine curiosity and eagerness to continue learning.

• Ability to navigate ambiguity and adapt to a continuously changing product landscape.

• Proven ability to balance independent ownership with proactive communication within a team.

• Excellent client-facing communication skills, including the capacity to receive and respond to direct feedback in a professional manner.

• Exposure to the wealth management domain (optional bonus).

• Previous experience in a dynamic, fast-paced company environment (optional bonus).
