This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +4 more states.
• Develop and implement strategies for complex National clients.
• Ensure positive results, long-term client retention, and outstanding service experiences.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, brokers, sales leadership, and executive stakeholders.
• Manage high-profile escalations, mitigate risks, and solve intricate business challenges.
• Lead, motivate, and cultivate a high-achieving team of Implementation Managers.
• Foster talent development, succession planning, performance management, and employee engagement.
• Guide leaders and team members through challenging client situations, strategic initiatives, and organizational changes.
• Enhance operational excellence through resource planning, workload optimization, and execution of complex client implementations.
• Leverage analytics, performance insights, and industry trends to enhance outcomes and further business objectives.
• Advocate for process improvements and scalable solutions.
• Build connections across sales, operations, product, service, and executive leadership.
• Facilitate strategic discussions with clients, brokers, consultants, and internal stakeholders.
• Promote cross-functional collaboration to eliminate barriers and address systemic issues.
• Oversee workforce planning and resource allocation strategies.
• Impact enterprise initiatives and strategic priorities.
• Utilize business intelligence and operational reporting to guide decision-making and strategy.
• 5+ years of experience in client implementation, account management, project management, healthcare operations, or similar client-facing roles.
• 3+ years of leadership experience managing high-performing teams.
• Proven experience with complex, high-touch national clients and developing strategies that align with client objectives and operational execution.
• Ability to influence executive stakeholders, navigate uncertainty, and resolve escalated client issues.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and talent development abilities.
• Proficiency in project management, risk mitigation, and operational execution.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Experience utilizing metrics, reporting, and analytics to enhance performance and business outcomes.
• Capability to form strategic partnerships across Sales, Service, Operations, and other functional areas.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate with executive-level audiences.
• Experience in workforce planning, resource management, and capacity optimization.
• Proven ability to lead through change, foster innovation, and implement process improvements.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% as necessary.
• Access to cable broadband or fiber optic internet service with a minimum speed of 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload when working remotely.
• Preferred: experience within a health plan, PBM, healthcare, benefits administration, PMO, or a related industry.
• Preferred: experience in supporting large employer group implementations or managing complex national account portfolios.
• Preferred: advanced degree in a related field.
• Preferred: PMP certification.
