Senior Civil Water Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Provide comprehensive leadership for the planning, design, and execution of water infrastructure projects, which encompass treatment, pumping, conveyance, storage, and distribution systems.

• Act as a senior client partner, fostering long-term relationships and assisting clients throughout the project lifecycle from planning to delivery and beyond.

• Lead and mentor a diverse team of engineers and designers, establishing technical direction and nurturing a high-performing, collaborative environment.

• Steer the creation of innovative and sustainable solutions to intricate water-related challenges.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and manage project risks, ensure quality, and achieve consistent project results.

• Contribute to practice growth by developing proposals, pursuing strategic initiatives, and enhancing client relationships and market presence.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in civil, environmental, or a related engineering discipline.

• Registration as a Professional Engineer.

• Extensive experience in leading the design and execution of water and/or wastewater treatment and conveyance projects.

• Proven track record of managing complex, multidisciplinary project portfolios successfully.

• Previous experience in, or strong alignment with, an employee-owned organization.

• Must possess authorization to work for any employer in the U.S. without requiring visa sponsorship, both now and in the future.

• Candidates must reside in Virginia or North Carolina.
