This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York, +1 more state.
• Acquire in-depth knowledge of the HPE Networking portfolio, specifically focusing on Aruba and Juniper solutions.
• Design and position complete solutions for wireless, switching, routing, SD-WAN, network security, data center, and cloud-managed networking.
• Act as a subject matter expert and reliable advisor for technical teams of channel partners.
• Empower partners through technical training sessions, workshops, and practical coaching.
• Assist in discovering opportunities, validating needs, designing solutions, positioning against competitors, and articulating business value.
• Support presentations on products and solutions, new technologies and standards, partner showcases, competitive insights, and product roadmaps.
• Mentor partners on developing scalable, resilient, and cost-efficient solution designs.
• Aid in the creation of BOMs, configurations, reference architectures, performance alignment, and budget considerations.
• Provide technical assistance for Q&A, RFP responses, SKUs and licensing inquiries, demo equipment, lab setups, and technical escalations/TAC engagements.
• Enhance technical win rates and facilitate deal closures.
• Keep expertise up-to-date through certifications and advanced training.
• Remain informed about SASE, cloud networking, AIOps, automation, modern infrastructure, Wi-Fi standards, and advancements in security.
• Collaborate with channel partners and Partner Account Managers in the New England, Upstate NY, and Western PA regions.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in networking (engineering, architecture, or consulting).
• Preferred experience in pre-sales, systems design, or technical account support.
• Strong foundation in network design, deployment, and partner enablement.
• Proficient in Aruba, Juniper, or both technologies.
• Solid understanding of network architecture and design principles.
• Practical experience with wireless, switching, routing, firewalls, network security, NAC, segmentation, SD-WAN, data center networking, cloud-managed networking platforms, and AI automation.
• Capability to design and present comprehensive end-to-end solutions.
• Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
• Skill in translating technical concepts into business value.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Self-motivated and adept at working independently within a partner-driven sales environment.
• Relevant vendor certifications are preferred but not required.
• Experience supporting Commercial, SLED, and Enterprise segments is preferred.
