Senior Channel Manager – RFID, Solutions

📋 Description

• Establish and nurture robust relationships with channel partners to foster collaboration and stimulate business expansion.

• Spearhead the creation of customized solutions that meet the intricate needs of partners and customers.

• Supervise the formulation and implementation of impactful strategies for crucial channel accounts.

• Track and evaluate partner performance to uncover trends and enhance outcomes.

• Address complex issues by identifying necessary resources, formulating contingency strategies, and executing solutions.

• Partner with collaborators on joint marketing initiatives to boost brand visibility and revenue growth.

• Comprehend policies and practices relevant to the role and propose enhancements.

• Identify and resolve issues with the support of technical resources.

• Meet individual revenue goals within set pricing and personal expense parameters.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree; relevant work experience may be accepted as a substitute for a degree.

• 5+ years of relevant professional experience.

• Experience in selling RFID technology and related solutions.

• Proven track record in Channel Sales management.

• Skilled in solution selling and negotiation tactics.

• Preferably located on the East Coast.

• Willingness to travel up to 50%.

• Strong understanding of Zebra’s products, services, and solutions.

• In-depth knowledge of industry trends and channel dynamics.

• Established ability to build trust and credibility with senior-level decision-makers.
