Senior Change Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oregon.

📋 Description

• Build partnerships with business leaders throughout the organization

• Enhance and implement The Standard’s tailored people-focused change management approach

• Illustrate the importance of change management skills during major process, technology, organizational structure, and product transitions

• Define and cultivate the change management discipline across the organization

• Oversee the design and execution of consistent change strategies

• Collaborate with leaders and stakeholders to guarantee effective change sponsorship

• Facilitate the development and completion of actionable change management deliverables

• Exemplify change management practices and partake in peer learning and coaching

• Serve as a strategic advisor for leaders

• Offer guidance during the strategy formulation process

• Enhance and strengthen the change management methodology

• Act as a reliable source for change management best practices

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree

• 7–10 years of experience in providing comprehensive change management using established methodologies

• CCMP, Kotter, 7-S, Prosci, or ADKAR certification is mandatory

• Consulting skills are preferred

• Experience in Agile and Lean methodologies is preferred

• Background in actuarial science is preferred

• Relevant industry experience is preferred

• Capability to forge partnerships with business leaders across the organization

• Ability to lead the design and execution of change strategies utilizing structured methodologies

• A criminal background check and verification of employment, education, and licenses are required as a condition of employment
