This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist in formulating and executing client-specific casualty program strategies.
• Review and provide guidance on client risk management and insurance programs, addressing technical inquiries and contract assessments.
• Develop and nurture market relationships for both new and renewal business opportunities.
• Customize programs for challenging risks and insurance requirements.
• Assess marketplace capabilities and identify suitable markets for submissions.
• Prepare submissions and collect additional necessary information.
• Negotiate pricing, collateral, policy terms and conditions, and create proposals.
• Organize meetings between clients and insurance company partners.
• Request renewal information.
• Address client relationship issues, payment concerns, claims, and E&O matters.
• Collaborate with analytics teams on loss projections, collateral evaluations, and program structuring.
• Work together with production on RFPs and presentations for prospective business.
• Carry out other assigned responsibilities.
• Travel as required.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in a Casualty Broker role is essential.
• A state-specific license is mandatory.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
• Specialized broking experience with intricate casualty risks.
• Comprehensive understanding of actuarial loss projections and collateral assessments.
• Travel as required.
