
Senior CardioVascular Surgery Sales Rep – Western OH

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.
• Implement a strategic business plan for the territory to meet quarterly and annual revenue, unit, and market share goals.
• Cultivate relationships with cardiac surgeons, clinical personnel, and key decision-makers.
• Increase the use of Cardiac Surgery therapies.
• Identify, prioritize, and secure new business opportunities within both existing and competitive accounts.
• Provide product education, procedural support, and clinical knowledge.
• Keep precise sales forecasts and account plans.
• Evaluate customer, market, and competitive data to spot growth opportunities and guide sales strategy.
• Collaborate with marketing, operations, research and development, and other internal teams.
• Oversee territory assets, inventory, expenses, and administrative reporting.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned.
• High School Diploma (or equivalent) with 8+ years of experience, OR an associate’s degree with 6+ years, OR a Bachelor’s Degree with 4+ years of relevant experience.
• Relevant experience in sales, clinical, or similar roles within medical devices, medtech, healthcare, or life sciences.
• Must reside within the designated territory.
• Willingness to travel to multiple customer accounts throughout the region up to 80% of the time.
• Ability to work and/or travel outside regular business hours, including evening and weekend on-call support.
• A valid driver's license and active insurance are required.
• Driving record must comply with company standards.
• For degrees obtained outside the United States, the degree must meet the requirements of 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A).
• Must fulfill physical demands including frequent travel, transporting products and equipment, prolonged standing or walking, and working in clinical settings with exposure to radiation and infectious diseases.
• Positions below the Principal level require unrestricted U.S. work authorization at the time of hire and throughout employment.
