Senior C# Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Design and manage backend applications utilizing C# and .NET.

• Assist in the transition from the Microsoft technology stack, which includes Windows Server and MS SQL, to Linux, Docker, and Kubernetes.

• Work collaboratively with product managers, business teams, and stakeholders.

• Create technical solutions addressing intricate business requirements.

• Add new functionalities and consistently improve existing applications.

• Support the development lifecycle from analyzing requirements to implementation and operations.

• Question requirements and share your insights for further product advancement.

• Take into account the interconnections between business and technology to devise practical solutions.

• Maintain software quality through testing, code reviews, and sound architectural choices.

• Share your expertise with the team and assist colleagues as a trusted advisor.


⛳️ Requirements

• Several years of recent experience in developing web applications with C#/.NET.

• Strong proficiency in C#/.NET, relational databases (e.g., MS SQL), and APIs.

• Experience in product-oriented development settings with complex business demands.

• Familiarity with software architecture, Clean Code principles, maintainability, performance, and security.

• Experience with agile development methodologies.

• Proficient in unit, integration, and end-to-end (E2E) testing.

• Excellent written and spoken English (minimum C1 level).

• Excellent written and spoken German (minimum C1 level).

• Eagerness to take on responsibility and proactively share your ideas.

• Self-driven and proactive approach to ongoing development.

• Willingness to actively enhance expertise in the utilization of AI.
