Senior Business Systems Analyst, SAP IBP Planning

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Create sophisticated planning solutions, data analysis, and optimization models for both strategic and tactical supply chain planning.

• Maintain and enhance existing SAP IBP/APO planning solutions.

• Design, architect, and deliver solutions tailored to complex supply chain needs utilizing SAP IBP Supply Planning, Demand Planning, Optimization, and Fulfillment Techniques.

• Implement process improvement methodologies to streamline business operations and develop architectural solutions.

• Lead initiatives to introduce new and enhanced IBP functionalities.

• Develop prototypes and proofs of concept based on business requirements and convert them into functional operational solutions.

• Leverage industry best practices in data analysis and communicate them across teams.

• Create business and product scenarios aimed at enhancing NVIDIA's profitability and market position.

• Conduct testing for system implementations and upgrades, and facilitate system design analysis, testing, and training.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams from business and IT to implement supply chain planning solutions.

• Persuade senior business leadership to embrace scalable solutions and systems/tools.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree, or equivalent experience in Information Systems, Computer Science, or Business.

• Over 12 years of pertinent experience in architecting, designing, and implementing comprehensive supply chain planning solutions using advanced planning tools.

• In-depth understanding of supply chain business processes.

• Proven experience collaborating effectively with business counterparts.

• Familiarity with SAP IBP Supply Planning, Demand Planning, Optimization, Fulfillment Techniques, order-series planning, and time-series planning.

• Demonstrated experience in architecting, designing, and implementing supply chain planning solutions.

• Expertise in data integration and automation within SaaS planning tools is advantageous.

• Extensive hands-on experience with SAP IBP Supply response, SAP IBP optimization, and modeling for semiconductor industry supply chain challenges.

• Knowledge of RTI and CI-DS interfaces with SAP IBP.

• Proven track record of using analysis to achieve business results.

• Capable of working independently or collaboratively within a team.

• Ability to manage complex tasks with minimal supervision.

• Proficiency in debugging and supporting applications developed in SAP IBP.

• Familiarity with Kinaxis and Blue Yonder supply chain planning solutions is a plus.

• Experience and knowledge of semiconductor industry supply chain planning is a plus.
